Rubino Periodontics and Implant Dentistry is a dental specialty practice treating conditions involving the gums and bone surrounding your teeth, and in placing dental implants. They have been providing comprehensive periodontal services to the residents of the Bradenton/Sarasota area since 1988. This includes expert gum disease treatment, gum recession treatment, regeneration of lost bone and full dental implant services to replace missing teeth, All-on-4, and LANAP.

Drs. Ryan, Tyler and Thomas Rubino are highly skilled and experienced periodontists who have stayed abreast of the latest developments in technology through regular continuing education. Dr. Thomas Rubino has also been a continuing education provider in Florida since 1990.
Dr. Thomas Rubino has been consistently recognized in the community for his outstanding work, and has been featured as a “Top Dentist in the field of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry” in Sarasota Magazine every year since 2011. He has also been listed since 2014 in the Guide to America’s Top Dentists, an annual national publication of the Consumer Research Council of America.
Dr. Ryan Rubino has also been recognized in the community for creating his own Smile Makeover charitable giving program. This program provides local veterans, picked by the VA, a life changing opportunity to receive a new smile using dental implants free of cost.

Our hygienists are highly skilled and experienced in treating gum disease and maintaining your oral health with periodontal maintenance cleanings. They are also very accomplished at providing effective home oral care training. Our hygienists are all certified in the administration of local anesthetic to make your appointments as comfortable as needed.
Rubino Periodontics also has two Registered Nurses (RN). This special training allows them to work closely with your primary care physician to coordinate our treatment with any medical care you may be undergoing. This coordination helps us fine-tune any adjustments in your dental treatment based on any other health issues you are being treated for.
State-of-the-Art Technology for Precise, Gentle Treatment
We use state-of-the-art technology which makes your treatments accurate, efficient, minimally invasive and gentle. Our digital X-ray devices emit only a fraction of the radiation of traditional X-ray machines and produce crisp images that are sharper than film X-rays and available immediately.
Our cone beam 3D CT scanner creates highly detailed, 3D 360° views of your teeth, jawbone and related anatomy. The doctors use these images to diagnose the condition of your gums and jaw, and also use special software for precise planning of dental implant procedures.
When cleaning your teeth, we use ultrasonic scalers which use high-frequency vibrations to thoroughly and gently remove the accumulated plaque and calculus (tartar) deposits.

We have WiFi for your use during your visit, and blankets and pillows for your added comfort in the chair. We provide wireless headphones so you can listen to music while receiving treatment, and if you need extra help with anxiety, we have several sedation options to help you relax.
